Jerry Wise
Owner and Chairman
Jerry Wise has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, with personal experience as an owner and developer of various projects ranging from the development of luxury single family homes and condominiums to multi‐family and commercial properties. Mr. Wise has handled in excess of $1,000,000,000 in real estate sale and financing transactions on behalf of his clients, and currently owns and manages a portfolio of commercial properties with a value in excess of $200,000,000.
Brennan Wise
Partner
Brennan Wise has worked as an advisor on commercial real estate sales, financings and equity capital raises in excess of $5,000,000,000 in gross asset value. Mr. Wise has a degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and speaks mandarin fluently.
Tyler Virgadamo
Partner
Mr. Virgadamo has over a decade of investment real estate experience, helping clients and investors with sales, financing, and asset management. Previously a Senior Director at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp, he is responsible for closing over 250 real estate transactions in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Virgadamo earned his B.S. in Economics from Florida State University and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
