BRAD Management was founded in response to our company chairman’s desire to vastly improve the level of care and attention his properties and tenants were receiving from the third-party property management firms overseeing his investments, as well as the caliber of accounting and reporting, BRAD Management seeks to add value to every property under management, working closely with ownership to reach for each property’s full potential. Owner and Management Bios Jerry Wise, owner and chairman, has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, with personal experience as an owner and developer of various projects ranging from the development of luxury single family homes and condominiums to multi‐family and commercial properties. Mr. Wise has handled in excess of $1,000,000,000 in real estate sale and financing transactions on behalf of his clients, and currently owns and manages a portfolio of commercial properties with a value in excess of $100,000,000. Stacey Gordon, managing broker, has nearly 30 years of executive‐level business management experience in addition to commercial real estate management, including twelve years managing hotel and extended stay properties and fifteen years at the helm of a multi‐city manufacturing enterprise with one hundred employees and over two thousand customers. Ms. Gordon has extensive experience in financial reporting and controls, facilities management, vendor negotiations, and customer relations, and is fully accustomed to profit and loss responsibility and supervision of offsite operations in remote locations. M. Jean Steiner, controller and property assistant, spent several years as personal asset manager and senior staff accountant to Los Angeles super investor Jona Goldrich of Goldrich & Kest Industries before joining BRAD Management. Ms. Steiner has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of accounting and asset management for commercial, industrial, and 1031 exchange properties, as well as substantial experience dealing with tenants, vendors, and property issues. Paula Carrel, property assistant, has nearly 14 years experience in commercial real estate management, with a heavy emphasis on medical office buildings. Prior to joining BRAD Management, Ms. Carrel was the facility coordinator for one of the largest hospital systems in Indiana. In addition, she also has extensive experience in retail and office management as well as substantial experience dealing with tenants, vendors, and property issues. |
